"No Election Please"

Stephen Harper, Michael Ignatieff, and Jack Layton are on an airplane. "You know," says Michael to Stephen, "I could throw a $1,000 dollar bill out the window right now and make someone very happy."
Stephen shrugs. "I could throw ten $100 dollar bills out the window right now and make ten people happy."
Not to be outdone, Jack pipes up, "I could throw a hundred $10 dollar bills out the window right now and make a hundred people happy."
The pilot rolls his eyes upward and says to his co-pilot, "I could throw the three of those goofs out the window and make all 32 million citizens of Canada Happy."
